It all started when I was a kid, carrying spiral notebooks and a Summit catalog with scribblings of engine combinations and how much they cost. Saturday afternoons watching NHRA qualifying on TV with Dad. Then came the first day at the track, that was the day I knew I was some place special.
Getting out of college my second real job was at Competition Cams working in the Advertising department. Drawing logos, laying out ads, photographing races, man what a job. After that I photographed drag radial and noprep racing. Being close to cars and capturing the raw power and emotional moments in people is what speaks to me.
In 2023 Decided to start film classes, cinematic documentary films. This is the backbone for how I capture, it was only a matter of time before I made my way back to drag racing. My job, is to seize the moments and show the wold my vision and what I see in racing that moves me.
